Koh Mak Booking Terms & Condition:
1. Booking Policy
-
You may request an accommodation by sending us a regular e-mail
or by filling out the Information Request for the accommodation
you desire.
- In case the
requested accommodation should not be available, we will suggest
alternative accommodations.

If you wish to book, we will send
you a Reservation Form which must be completed, and send back to
us via e-mail or fax It is very important that you
include your arrival time we then can arrange a free pick up
from a pier.
2. Confirmation Policy
-
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you confirmation of
your booking with the Confirmation Number
-
Should your arrival time be delayed for any reason you
should contact us directly.
3.
Payment Policy
-
Once a Reservation Confirmation is generated ,an advance payment
of 50% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in
advance. We accept VISA or MasterCard, bank transfers is another
alternative payment.
The remaining 50% must be
paid in cash upon arrival.

4. Cancellation Policy
-
Up to 10 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will
refund your the down payment minus 5% or minimum of 500
THB which we must keep to cover our bank expenses and
administrative expenses.

Less then 10 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we
will keep 100% of the down payment.
-
Cancellation will not be applied for a peak period of 20
December – 10 January
