Baan Koh Mak Booking Terms & Condition:

1. Booking Policy

  • You may request an accommodation by sending us a regular e-mail or by filling out the Information Request for the accommodation you desire.
  • In case the requested accommodation should not be available, we will suggest alternative accommodations.
  • If you wish to book, we will send you a Reservation Form which must be completed, and send back to us via e-mail or fax It is very important that you include your arrival time we then can arrange a free pick up from a pier.

 

2. Confirmation Policy

  • Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking with the Confirmation Number
  • Should your arrival time be delayed for any reason you should contact us directly.
             

3. Payment Policy

  • Once a Reservation Confirmation is generated ,an advance payment of 50% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in advance. We accept VISA or MasterCard, bank transfers is another alternative payment.
     
    The remaining 50% must be paid in cash upon arrival.
          Method of Payment

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 10 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will refund your the down payment minus 5% or minimum of  500 THB which we must keep to cover our bank expenses and administrative expenses.
  • Less then 10 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will keep 100% of the down payment.
  • Cancellation will not be applied for a peak period of 20 December – 10 January
